Castaway Cafe
Located in Kaanapali, a mere 10 feet away from the beach, Castaway Cafe is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast specials include local dishes, such as loco moco and a variety of tropical fruit as well as traditional favorites, such as steak and eggs and Denver omelets. A local standard juice blend, P.O.G--pineapple, orange and guava--is available along with pancakes served with macadamia nuts, pineapples or bananas. The cafe also offers a house made cinnamon raisin French toast.

Tasty Crust
Located five miles from Kahului airport in Wailuku, Tasty Crust has been open for more than half a century. Breakfast service begins daily at 6 a.m. and the restaurant accepts only cash or ATM cards. Diners may choose from traditional breakfast items, such as bacon and eggs or local favorites like fried rice with an egg. Meat options vary from ham, Vienna sausage, linguica to Spam. Self-advertised as "World Famous Pancakes," banana or regular pancakes may be ordered as short stacks and mini.

Duke's Beach House
Located in Lahaina in the Honua Kai Resort and Spa, Duke's Beach House serves cuisine focusing on fresh and local ingredients.
