This hip nightclub and dining venue in Brockton Village, offers a private front lounge that seats up to 40 guests, with windows allowing both street views and a bird's eye view of the action on the dance floor below. The birthday girl or guy receives a complementary signature Lula mojito. The lounge is available only for drinks and desert. Saturday night is salsa night, which for a set price of $44 per guest; you can get a three-course meal, beginner salsa lessons and live performances by some of Toronto's most talented salsa bands. The entire club is also available for rental, and is available for groups ranging from 150-190 for events that included a sit-down meal. For events excluding a sit-down meal, at least 100 guest are required to rent out the club. Sound technicians are available on sight to help you set up your music, but DJs are not available for rental and must be found elsewhere.

Steam Whistle Brewing


Have your party at this popular brewery in Toronto, which is famous for producing just its signature Steam Whistle Pilsner. The brewery has two rooms available for private parties depending on your group size. The Hall is an event space that can hold up to 250 for a sit-down dinner and 500 for a standing reception. An outdoor patio is included in this venue, which overlooks the city skyline. The Gallery holds smaller parties, ranging from 30 to 250 guests. This room includes a 60-foot bar, and a surround-sound system. These two rooms can be rented out separately or together-the smaller one used as a reception area before moving into the larger space for the main event. A pre-approved list of suppliers is available for you to choose everything from the caterer to the DJ. Brewery tours are available for your guests on request.

The Ben Wicks Pub


This neighborhood pub and eatery in Cabbagetown has been a local gathering place since 1980 and rents out the entire pub for private parties. Whether you want to include a full sit-down meal at your party or just have an open bar, they can help provide food or drinks for a party of up to 50 guests.
