Exclusive Resorts features 12 residences at Ho'olei at Grand Wailea on the island of Maui. Each residence has easy access to the adjacent Wailea Beach. Guests can feel safe in this gated community, equipped with 24-hour security. On-site amenities for this location include a community pool, a fitness center, a spa and three championship golf courses.
All 12 residences are fully furnished, have three bedrooms and three and a half baths. Guests will also find gourmet kitchens, plus a summer kitchen outside on the spacious lanai. Residence sizes range from 2,500 to 3,200 square feet and all have ocean views.

Also on the island of Maui, at Kapalua Bay, Exclusive Resorts offers 12 residences at the Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences. Each accommodation is just steps away from Kapalua Beach and features a spacious condo-style floor plan. The average residence size is 3,000 square feet, featuring full-scale kitchens, three bedrooms and spacious lanais equipped with an outdoor summer kitchen. All are decorated tastefully with contemporary Hawaiian themes and come fully furnished.
On-site amenities guests have access to include the Kapalua Bay Club, championship golf courses and a children's program sponsored by Jean-Michel Cousteau.

Kohala Coast, Hawaii
Exclusive Resorts has beach homes on the big island of Hawaii as well. There are a total of 16 three- and four-bedroom residences along the Kohala Coast at Mauna Lani Resort. All beach homes feature gourmet kitchens, private pools and outdoor showers. Guests have access to Mauna Lani's beach club amenities including their fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pools and golf courses. Guests can choose from the three-bedroom homes constructed in a Balinese style, or the four-bedroom residences with an accompanying guest cottage. Average size for both three- and four-bedroom homes is approximately 3,000 square feet.
