When taking your friend or family member out for a night on the town for one of her last nights as an unmarried woman, it's customary she have a veil to wear so that everyone will know she is the bride-to-be. Shop around and find the perfect veil to suit her personality or have one made for her. You can even make her a customized veil. Does this Spark an idea?
Disney Veils
Does the bride-to-be love Disney? If so, she'll love a Disney veil that features Minnie Mouse ears and a veil in between them. These cute crowns can be purchased at your local Disney store or at any of the Disney resorts. Make your own by buying a black plastic head and cutting two round ears out of hard Styrofoam. Glue the ears onto the headband. Cut a piece of white tulle to glue between the ears. You can embellish your creation with glitter or rhinestones.
Princess Veil
Purchase a veil with a tiara on it at your local party supply store. You can embellish the tiara with glitter and rhinestones to make it sparkle even more. Some of these tiaras will have the word "Bride" or "Bachelorette" spelled out. Make your own by purchasing a cheap tiara from a dollar store and gluing tulle to the front of the tiara.
The Hat
For a low-key bachelorette, purchase her a baseball cap that reads "bachelorette". You can purchase these at many party supply stores as well as Bachelorette Super Store. You can also have you local fraternity and sorority store embroider the words on the cap for you.
Barrette
For a simple veil, purchase a barrette at a craft store. Glue some tulle on the barrette and embellish as desired with glitter and rhinestones.
Jokes
Glue colored condoms to her veil for a good laugh. You can also purchase devil ears at a costume or party supply store and glue the tulle on to it for a "naughty" veil.
