Atlantic City Boardwalk Restaurants

Atlantic City provides dining options on the Boardwalk area.


The Atlantic City Boardwalk is a wide beachfront wooden pathway and runs past hotels and casinos facing the Atlantic Ocean. After spending the day on the city's beach area, tourists have access to restaurants right off the Boardwalk. Many of the restaurants on the Boardwalk are inside casino resorts, such as the Trump Plaza and Caesar's Palace. Atlantic City offers a wide variety of ethnic cuisine, including Italian and Asian fusion. Does this Spark an idea?


Evo


Evo, located within Trump Plaza, is an upscale restaurant on the Atlantic Boardwalk. This restaurant has a trendy atmosphere with neon lights in the dining room. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day of the week. Evo has a bar area with an extensive list of cocktail drinks and imported beers. Alcoholic beverages include cordials, cognacs and wines. Parking is available in Trump Plaza parking lot. Reservations are accepted, but not required. The menu includes entrees such as north Atlantic salmon, Long Island roasted duck and a 10 oz. filet mignon.


Rainforest Cafe -- Atlantic City


This rain forest themed dining establishment faces the Atlantic City boardwalk, less than five minutes from the Trump Plaza Casino. This family-oriented restaurant has a casual atmosphere and its dining room has rain forest d cor, such as animal figurines and hanging leaves. Rainforest Cafe is open for lunch and dinner every night of the week. The restaurant hosts private events and offers takeout service. The menu has entrees such as the Parmesan Chicken Expedition and Maya's Combo -- a combination of coconut shrimp and Tuscan chicken.


Il Mulino


Il Mulino is an upscale Italian restaurant on Atlantic City's Boardwalk and is in the Trump Taj Mahal Casino. This upscale dining establishment features iron chandeliers, fine artwork and preset dinnerware in the dining room. Every table has a single red rose as its centerpiece. The restaurant is open for dinner on Tuesdays through Sundays. Il Mulino has an extensive wine list with red and white selections from Italy. Dinner entrees include the scaloppine capriccio, a veal dish with fontina cheese, and scampi oreganata, which is a jumbo shrimp with white wine sauce.


Buddakan


Buddakan is a Chinese restaurant in the Pier Shops at Caesar's shopping plaza, within walking distance of the Atlantic City Boardwalk. This trendy eatery has Asian d cor and memorabilia throughout the dining room, such as fine artwork and vases. The restaurant has a business casual dress code and accepts reservations up to two months in advance. Buddakan serves lunch and dinner every day of the week. The lunch menu features the sesame poached tuna and hot and sour scallops, while the dinner menu offers Asian barbecue pork and butter poached lobster. The restaurant also features wines, sakes and Asian-themed cocktails.
