The original theme park, the Magic Kingdom, opened in 1971 and was followed by Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Disney's Animal Kingdom. Visitors who stay at a Walt Disney Resort hotel enjoy extended theme park hours, complimentary airport and resort transportation, discount dining options and access to all the parks with the Key to the World card.
